<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare bar code information in highly flexible specifications for the charge collection acting service of a convenience store, and to fetch customer payment information from the convenience store by on-line. <P>SOLUTION: This charge collection acting supporting system is constituted of an initial setting part 41, a customer DB preparing part 42, a customer DB 43, a payment slip issuing part 44 and a customer DB updating part 45. The payment slip issuing part 44 prepares a customer DB 43 when merchandise is purchased by a customer, and issues a payment slip with a bar code printed thereon based on customized specifications set by the customer DB 43 and the initial setting part 41.
