PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of getting the hot water for a plurality of unit drinks from a common hot water source 8 in controlling a drink regulator for regulating the plurality of various unit drinks based on the hot water. SOLUTION: An operating state of the hot water source 8 is monitored, and the getting-out of the hot water is controlled to design the getting-out by a method of achieving higher capacity, in such manner that the getting-out of the hot water can be arbitrarily permitted on all of unit drinks in a specific full-operating state I, inhibited on all of unit drinks in a specific zero-operating state, and further partially inhibited on a certain unit drink and arbitrarily permitted on the other specific unit drinks in a specific partial operating state II.
