<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively evaluate the availability of provided information and to reduce the difficulty of obtaining desired information at the time of utilizing the information. <P>SOLUTION: An information management system is provided with a data base 2 as a storage means for storing information including prescribed contents, an electronic mail preparation part 4 for preparing electronic mail as a notifying means for notifying respective user terminals 7 of prescribed information, a control part 3 for controlling the operation of the data base 2 and the electronic mail preparation part 4, and an interface 5 for connecting the user terminals 7 and the control part 3 through a local area network (LAN) 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
