PURPOSE: A system for confirming the measured speed of an speed camera is provided to allow a user to know overspeed through viewing the speedometer by using the LASER or LADAR sensor installed on the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A system for confirming the measured speed of an speed camera includes a LASER sensor, an auxiliary license plate and a reception device. The laser sensor senses the LASER or LADAR. The laser sensor(4) is installed on the bracket(10) formed on the auxiliary license plate(6) of the vehicle so as to face to the load in vertical. The LASER sensor is connected to the reception device to sense the LASER when the movable speed camera emits the LASER or LADAR to the vehicle. The LASER sensor transmits the signal to the reception device by sensing the LASER. And, the driver knows the speed of vehicle since the alarm is generated at the reception device.
