<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication technology for maintaining communication characteristics equivalent to those at normal time when a failure is generated without adopting redundant configuration in a radio communication system having a diversity function. <P>SOLUTION: This mobile communication base station device is provided with a plurality of transmission systems 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B which transmit transmission signals to a mobile station, an abnormality detection parts 24, 32 which detect abnormalities of the respective transmission systems, a power control part 14 which controls transmission power of the respective transmission systems and a control instruction part 15 which instructs to increase transmission power of a transmission system in which no abnormality is detected in the increasing direction when the abnormality is detected in any transmission system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
