<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which can surely synthesize a positive electrode material for secondary battery Li<SB>n</SB>MPO<SB>4</SB>from raw materials easy-to-get and at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: Solutions of a raw material (1) LiOH-aH<SB>2</SB>O or Li<SB>2</SB>CO<SB>3</SB>, a raw material (2) MCl<SB>2</SB>-bH<SB>2</SB>O, and a raw material (3) (NH<SB>4</SB>)<SB>c</SB>H<SB>d</SB>PO<SB>4</SB>are mixed together, react with one another, (where M is one selected from the three of Fe, Co, and Mn, or a combination of two or more of them, a is a number of 0 to 1, b is a number of 0 to 6, and c and d are a number of 1 or 2 respectively and different with each other), and then are sintered to synthesize the positive electrode material for secondary battery Li<SB>n</SB>MPO<SB>4</SB>, (where n is a number of 0 to 1, and M is the same as mentioned above). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
