SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COLLECTING WORD-OF-MOUTH INFORMATION USING MEANING INFORMATION NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically acquire information on the merchandise on sale advertised by a store and word-of-mouth information from providers of word-of-mouth information by using mobile communication terminals or information communication terminals.

SOLUTION: A filter for word-of-mouth information is set in a semantic information network 5 by means of a user's mobile communication terminal 11 or information communication terminal 12. The word-of-mouth information provided by providers of word-of-mouth information and merchandise advertisement information provided by a store 4 are sent from the word-of-mouth information providers' terminals 2 and an advertisement distribution device 3 to the semantic information network 5 as events. The filter through which the word-of-mouth information events have passed is fired. The events are automatically received by the users' mobile communication terminals 11 or information communication terminals 12. The filter for the word-of-mouth information is registered. The events requested by the word-of-mouth information are automatically sent and the word-of-mouth information is automatically acquired.
