<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously provide the latest information to a service providing system in a proper timing even when there are several personal information managing systems which generate/manage specific kinds of personal information, or even when they are frequently changed. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of receiving an acquisition request for the specific kinds of personal information of specific individuals from a service providing system 5, a policy deciding system 3 discovers personal information managing systems 4 and 6 from directory information descriptive of the names of personal information managing systems which generate/manage the personal information for every personal information item of every individual, and distributes circulation trigger conditions descriptive of the personal information circulation validity/invalidity of every individual, and those respective personal information managing systems 4 and 6 transmit the specific kinds of personal information to the service providing system 5 according to the circulation trigger conditions when the specific kinds of personal information is generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
