<p num="1"><br/> A connector is provided for coupling a veneer panel to a back-up wall. <br/>The connector includes a veneer connector and a support member. The <br/>veneer connector is adapted to support a generally horizontal edge of the <br/>veneer panel. The support member includes a mounting flange that is <br/>adapted for securing the support member to the back-up wall. The support <br/>member further includes at least one support member side wall for supporting <br/>the veneer connector. The at least one support member side wall extends <br/>from the mounting flange and is generally vertical. A system of such <br/>connectors may be used for the mounting of one or more veneer panels on a <br/>back-up wall.<br/></p> |
