PURPOSE: A female screw type iron pipe sleeve is provided to secure tensile force required by completing the tongued-and-grooved joint of reinforcing bars perfectly and to prevent staggered arrangement, relaxation and a crack of structure by earthquake and repeated load, etc. CONSTITUTION: A female screw type iron pipe sleeve compression reinforcing bar coupler(10a) comprises the steps of forming a sharp internal thread part(11) horizontally in a hollow iron pipe sleeve for fitting a deformed bar(51), interposing a deformed bar(50) connected to both sides of a reinforcing bar coupler(10a) provided with a vertical hollow(12) in enough size for fitting a rib(51) of a deformed bar, and pressing the outside of the reinforcing bar coupler(10a), wherein sharp threads of the female screw(11) are fitted and engaged to the deformed bar(50) and a reinforced joint(52) evenly.
