<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which can reduce a ripple current by a simple method if a plurality of motors are driven by a common power supply. <P>SOLUTION: When a PWM waveform having a duty of X% is outputted to the motor 51 and a PWM waveform having a duty of Y% is outputted to the motor 52 by using an output for one phase of a controller 1, a PWM waveform having a duty of (100-Y)% is outputted to the output for the other one phase of the controller 1, and an upper arm side switching element and a lower arm side switching element are driven in opposite phases. Thus, the waveform in which the phase is deviated is created merely by utilizing one PWM reference waveform to prevent a current from flowing to the two motors simultaneously. Thus, the ripple current flowing to a smoothing capacitor 7 can be reduced. Further, at a dead time, the existing function of a microcomputer, etc. can be diverted.
