<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print ordering apparatus and a print system for animation picture that make it easy to order a print in order to print one frame of an animation picture of a television broadcast to a large size with high quality. <P>SOLUTION: A broadcasting station 11 broadcasts a video program together with frame identification information for identifying each frame while making pieces of frame identification information correspond to respective frames. A print ordering machine 23 is connected to a television receiver 22 and a frame to be printed is designated in the animation picture by the print ordering machine 23. When the frame to be printed is designated, the frame to be printed is specified on the basis of the frame identification information, and the specified object frame identification information and image data of the frame to be printed are stored in a memory of the print ordering machine 23. When a print is ordered, an image of the frame to be printed is displayed based upon image data stored in the memory and an order is determined throuogh determining operation. Thus, the order is determined, and print order information including the frame identification information on the image frame is transmitted to a print finishing company 14.
