RECYCLING METHOD OF CHEMICAL AGENT IN WASTE TREATMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method of a chemical agent in waste treatment by reproducing an eco-chemical agent from a byproduct salt generated in a waste treatment facility and making the agent reusable.

SOLUTION: The recycling method is for sending a byproduct salt 14 and receiving an eco-chemical agent 24 to prepare a pH adjustment agent or disinfectant by a user in a market formed through computers to which a local self-governing body or civil business section discharging the byproduct salt 14 and consuming the eco-chemical agent 24 and an electrolysis manufacturer 53 for reproducing the eco-chemical agent 24 access. The byproduct salt 14 is sent and the chemical agent 24 is received mutually between the self-governing body and the manufacturer 53 based on the sending and receiving order contracts made by keeping balance of the ordering conditions of the self-governing body and order-receiving conditions of the manufacturer by informing the transfer amount of the byproduct salt and the demand of the eco-chemical agent as trading information from the self-governing body and informing the receiving amount of the byproduct salt and the supply and the selling price of the eco-chemical agent as trading information from the maker and offering a tender for them via computer network using computers. The eco-chemical agent 24 is reused as a pH adjustment agent or disinfectant 22 or 23.
