<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card capable of the improvement of safety of information as compared to before. <P>SOLUTION: This IC card 1 has an arithmetic processing part 12 and an arithmetic processing part 16 having command systems different from each other, and a program memory 6 and a program memory 7 each storing a program making the arithmetic processing part 12 and the arithmetic processing part 16 share and execute a series of processes.
