FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has dry feed dosing device mounted in cylindrical casing and provided with shaft, drum mounted on shaft for rotation around its axis and divided into number of sections by blades, discharge opening arranged in lower part of dry feed dosing device casing, and mixing chamber arranged under discharge opening. Apparatus is further equipped with liquid feed additive supplying system comprising cylindrical vessel with float-type chamber and liquid feed additive ejector, said chamber and ejector being communicated with one another via pipeline. Ejector is made in the form of drum mounted for rotation on horizontal shaft. Drum blades are bent from base of shaft in direction opposite to direction of rotation of drum and are provided with triangular slots formed on their outer edge. Discharge opening of dry feed dosing device is made in the form of slit extending along the entire length of dosing device above lower point of dosing device bottom at the side of liquid feed additive ejector, whose horizontal axis is longer than horizontal axis of dry feed dosing device. Mixing chamber is defined by two walls, which follow path of flight of feed component particles in mixing zone, with upper wall being fixed on bottom of dry feed dosing device. Lower wall is fixed on liquid feed additive ejector. Concentrator mounted on upper wall of mixing chamber is made in the form of plate fixed by screw device to define mixing zone. ^ EFFECT: wider operational capabilities by providing simultaneously moistening and introduction of feed additives, uniform wetting of feed and provision for optimal moisture content through the entire feed mass. |
