<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that melt water obtained by melting frozen ice prepared when concentrating vegetable squeeze juice by the freeze cocentration method gives adverse effect to a river environment because the melt water is disposed of as a waste liquid hitherto, and to provide effective utilization of the melt water to living bodies as a preparation water containing a vegetable organic component. <P>SOLUTION: It is made clear that water prepared by separating raw material of the vegetable squeeze juice by the freeze concentration method is the vegetable preparation water containing a given amount of organic component which is additive-free and safe as the result of composition analysis.
