<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cholesterole-lowering agent, derived from a natural material, capable of readily and efficiently ingesting eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and inexpensively be produceable. <P>SOLUTION: Laver containing various kinds of components such as EPA, vegetable fibers, calcium, magnesium and the other trace elements in good balance is pulverized so that the average particle diameter becomes ≤30 μm.
