CONTENTS DISTRIBUTION METHOD AND CONTENTS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the dissatisfaction of a user and to solve the problem of the decrease in income of a contents distribution enterprise at the same time not by discounting the charge but not by reducing the utilizing conditions of the user when the view quality is deteriorated.

SOLUTION: An end user terminal 10 is provided with a means for measuring the view quality of contents at contents distribution and informing an application server about a result of measuring the view quality, and the application server 100 is provided with: a means for managing the utilizing conditions of the contents by the user; and a means that counts down the utilizing conditions when the view quality of the contents satisfies a prescribed criterion and that dose not count down the utilizing conditions when the prescribed criterion is not satisfied on the basis of the result of view quality measurement notified by the user terminal.
