PURPOSE: A structure of leisure and sports equipment and a method for moving the leisure and sports equipment are provided to enable a user to safely ride the equipment by generating propulsive force without the contact of the feet of the user and the ground. CONSTITUTION: In a structure of leisure and sports equipment, a foldable handle(5) is attached to the upper part of a head(1). A pair of wheels(9) are attached to the lower part of the head, and are parallel with each other. A space(14) is formed at the rear of the head. Two rods(2) are inserted into the space. Head holes are formed vertically at both sides of the space, and are coupled to the rods. A coupling case(6) is welded to both ends of the rods. Rotary footboards(3) are coupled to the top of each rod, and are connected vertically to a rear wheel(10).
