PURPOSE: Provided is a handle bar type walking vehicle to maximize exercise effects by connecting a handle bar to a rocking member and thus allowing arm action using the handle bar along with foot action when the rocking member is rocking. CONSTITUTION: The handle bar type walking vehicle includes a pair of foot boards(300) fitted with a travelling member. The foot boards are connected to each lower side of a rocking member(100). The rocking member is supported against the grounds via an articulated portion in a form of and thus rocks at both lower sides thereof. The walking vehicle includes a handle bar(120) connected to the rocking member. The handle bar includes a crossing member(130) to be crossly connected in right and left direction to the rocking member.
