PURPOSE: A flat panel display is provided to improve UV hardening efficiency of a sealant by using a reflecting plate and to increase hardening efficiency of an optically hardened sealant by using a waveguide. CONSTITUTION: A flat panel display includes a lower insulating substrate(100) on which TFT(Thin Film Transistor) and a light-emitting element are formed, an upper insulating substrate(220), a sealing part, and a reflecting plate(167). The sealing part bonds the upper and lower insulating substrates to each other using a sealant(230). The reflecting plate is formed at a portion corresponding to the sealed portion. The reflecting plate is formed on the inner side or outer side of the upper or lower insulating substrate.
