PURPOSE: A proxy server offering a DNS(Domain Name Server) service by dynamically changing a DNS, and a system and a method for the dynamic DNS service using the same are provided to make the DNS selected from the proxy server offer a domain name transformation service requested from an IP(Internet Protocol) terminal by making the proxy server manage a DNS state. CONSTITUTION: The IP terminal(1) transmits a domain name transformation request message. The DNSs(3-5) transform a domain name into an IP address if the domain name transformation request message is received, and provide it to the IP terminal through the proxy server(2). The proxy server forwards the domain name transformation request message received from the IP terminal to the DNS of a good state among the DNSs by managing the states of the DNSs.
