PURPOSE: A holographic ROM(Read Only Memory) system is provided to process a pre-processing, post-processing and a recording operation of an optical recording medium by supplying white light to the optical recording medium before and after recording data to remove a monomer existing in optical polymer. CONSTITUTION: A holographic ROM system includes a light source(100) for generating a laser beam required for holographic, a white light source(120) for generating white light, a polarization splitter(108) for generating a reference beam from the laser beam, and the first shutter(102) for shutting the laser beam or supplying the laser beam to the polarization splitter. The system further includes the first reflecting mirror(112) for reflecting a signal light that has passed through the polarization splitter to the first optical path, a mask(126) for modulating the signal light into a predetermined data pattern and irradiating the data pattern into an optical recording medium(124), the second reflecting mirror(118) for reflecting the reference beam to the second optical path, a light splitter(120) for reflecting the reference beam and transmitting the white light, the second shutter(126) for shutting the white light or providing the white light to the light splitter, and a conical mirror(122) for irradiating the white light or reference beam to the optical recording medium. |
