The nail has a distal tube (1) with an expansion unit and flexible tongues revolving around a principal axis. The interior of the tube has an unsymmetrical hollow part enabling to install the expansion unit that acts on the tongues and increases the nominal external diameter of the tube for anchorage on lower part of fracture. The tube has guides (13) serving as index with a proximal tube (3) connected to it by a connection system.
