<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a cultured epidermis wherein the epidermis cell is thickly overlayed and keratinized on a biodegradable substrate and to develop its simple culture method. <P>SOLUTION: The biodegradable substrate on which the epidermis cell is sown and stuck is cultured adjacent to the surface of culture solution, so as to provide the cultured epidermis wherein the epidermis cell is thickly overlayed and sufficiently keratinized on the biodegradable substrate. Or, fibroblast is cultured on, at least, one surface of the biodegradable substrate adjacent to the surface of the culture solution and, after preparing a membrane material formed with a corium layer on the biodegradable substrate, the corium cell is cultured on, at least, one surface of the membrane material adjacent to the surface of the culture solution so as to provide the cultured skin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
