PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi conductor integrated circuit by which a pulse width in the high level of an output signal is made equal to that in a low level, even if the pulse width in the high level of an input signal is different from that in the low level. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a pulse width conversion circuit 10 changing the pulse width of the input signal and outputting it, a delay control circuit 20 delaying the output signal of the pulse width conversion circuit 10 and outputting it, a first phase control circuit 30 comparing the phase of the output signal of the pulse width converting circuit 10 with that of the output signal of the delay control circuit 30 and controlling the pulse width converting circuit 10, so as to make the phase difference small and a second phase control circuit 40 comparing the phase of the output signal of the pulse width converting circuit 10 with that of the output signal of the delay control circuit 20, and controlling the delay control circuit 20 so as to make the phase difference small. Here, the output signal of the pulse width conversion circuit 10 or that of the delay control circuit 20 is outputted as an output signal to the input signal. |
