PURPOSE: A surface acoustic wave duplexer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the filter unit from being destructed by the external impact and the heat. CONSTITUTION: A surface acoustic wave duplexer includes a filter unit(100) and a phase shift unit(200). The filter unit is mounted on the high temperature co-fired ceramic(HTCC) substrate(110) to prevent a filter from external impact and to reduce costs. The phase shift unit is formed with a low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) substrate or the printed circuit board(PCB) electrically connected to the HTCC substrate. And, the phase shift unit prevent the interference between the transmission filter and the reception filter. |
