PURPOSE: A display device having an image pickup function and a two-way communication system are provided to perform image pickup and display simultaneously without deterioration of image quality and reduce size as well as weight. CONSTITUTION: An image pickup apparatus(110) picks up an image of an object through a light transmission display panel(100) and a reflection object placed adjacently to one side of the light transmission display panel. A housing(101) is inserted into the light transmission display panel. The light transmission display panel includes light emitting devices placed adjacently onto a light transmission substrate. Each of the light emitting devices includes a pair of light transmission electrodes and light emitting materials inserted between the light transmission electrodes.
