PURPOSE: An operation control method of an air conditioner is provided to keep the room temperature constant regardless of an external temperature conditioner by discharging the heat-exchanged air into the room. CONSTITUTION: An operation control method of an air conditioner is composed of steps for presetting room-pipe temperature, room-withdraw temperature, a reference value of internal/external temperature, an operation frequency of a compressor according to the reference value, on/off of an outdoor fan, and a wind velocity control value of an indoor fan; detecting the room-pipe temperature, room-withdraw temperature, internal/external temperature, and withdraw temperature(510); comparing the room temperature with a reference temperature value(520); comparing the external temperature with the reference temperature value(540); comparing the room pipe temperature with the reference temperature value(560); and controlling the operation of the air conditioner by a pre-set control value.
