PURPOSE: A gas leakage prevention structure of a discharge valve assembly is provided to shut off a discharge hole by contacting a discharge valve closely to a valve seat surface by inclining a valve fixing surface for fastening a lid-type discharge valve. CONSTITUTION: In a discharge valve assembly comprising a discharge valve(12) having one end fixed on the outside of a cylinder(11) and opening and closing a discharge hole(11a) of the cylinder with moving about a fixed end according to pressure difference between internal and external sides of the cylinder and a retainer(13) of which one end is fixed on the outside of the cylinder to limit the opening degree of the discharge valve, a gas leakage prevention structure of the discharge valve assembly inclines a valve fixing surface(S1) of the cylinder for fastening the discharge valve toward the discharge hole.
