<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business transaction system capable of centralized-handling information needed for business transaction to attain high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A center site 10 is provided to intervene in the business transaction conducted in a network 70. The center site 10 has a public procurement information data base 150 for storing the public procurement information received from member sites 20 to 50 connected to the network 70 to be opened to the public in each site, and an authentication database 130 for holding the contents of contract based on the transaction between the sites. The center site 10 receives a transaction offer from the transaction other party site based on the public procurement information and reports the offer to the concerned information providing site. Further, the center site intervenes in the transaction between the information providing site and the transaction other party site conducted as the result of the above report, and takes the authentication procedure to the contents of the contract made as the result of transaction to store the information in the authentication database 130. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
