PURPOSE: A family charnel house for opening upward with the waterproof and moisture-proof structure is provided to discharge rainwater without infiltration of rainwater in the rain by forming the guide sill and the support sill, and to keep the indoor chamber agreeable by using a skylight window and a vent hole. CONSTITUTION: A family charnel house comprises underlay stone(30) on which memorial tablets(1) are mounted in the upper front of an entrance of a charnel frame(10), a bent part(40) formed in the rear upper part, a support sill(50) formed in the upper part of the entrance spaced from the underlay stone, a skylight frame(60) having guide sills at both sides between the support sill and the bent part arranged in parallel in the upper part and the lower part of the entrance, cover stone(20) formed at both sides of the skylight frame and combined with the guide sill, and fixing stone(70) placed in the bent part and combined with the cover stone and the skylight frame.
