PURPOSE: A basic panel for a free access floor is provided to cut down the manufacturing cost, and to reduce the manufacturing process by protruding plural angular members in the back of the basic panel, and forming plural small slip preventing projections and plural cable combination holes in the outer periphery of the basic panel. CONSTITUTION: A basic panel(30a) is composed of angular members(20a,20b) integrally protruded in the back centers of four corners, and a cable combination hole(30b) formed in the outer edge of the corner. Auxiliary angular members(20c,20d) are protruded in four divided areas of the basic panel, and the back of the basic panel is reinforced by connecting and supporting the angular members and the auxiliary angular members with ribs(30c). The upper parts of the angular members are protruded in the corners and the outer edges of the basic panel, and cross or I-shaped fitting grooves are formed in the upper parts of the angular members protruded in the corners and the outer edges of the basic panel. Plural slip preventing projections(21c) are formed in the lower parts of the angular members.
