METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FACILITATING ENTRANCE REGISTRATION OF ADDITIONAL SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE FOR UNIVERSITY

PURPOSE: A method and a system for facilitating entrance registration of an additional successful applicant for university are provided to minimize expense/time/administrative power for receiving intention to abandon success or registration, and realize an additional registration business fast by checking registration abandonment of the applicants more easily and fast. CONSTITUTION: An entrance management server(100) stores/manages raw entire applicant data applying for the university, and updates the entire applicant by using the updated application data including a counseling result received from a registration-target application management server(120). The entrance management server manages admission fee payment information received from a bank server(150), extracts raw applicant data included in a successful range from the raw entire applicant data, and distributes it to counselor terminals(130a-130n). The counselor terminal tries to call to applicant terminals(140a-140n), generates a voice file by recording contents of the call, and transmits the updated applicant data to the registration-target applicant management server.
