<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor light emitting device capable of embodying various colors is provided to emit the light of a desired wavelength by mounting semiconductor devices of different wavelengths and by exciting a fluorescent body by the light of the wavelength emitted from the semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION: A package(5) includes at least two terminals. At least two semiconductor devices(1,2) emit light of a predetermined wavelength, installed in the package. A molding part(3) includes a fluorescent body that is excited by the light of a wavelength emitted from the semiconductor device and emits light of a different wavelength from that of the semiconductor device.</p> |
