<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmitter capable of correctly reproducing a video signal when delay time caused by video packet processing changes or even when data retransmission occurs to change transmission delay time large. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless master unit of this wireless transmitter has a time information generation part for generating first time information, a first PLL part for generating second time information having time resolution higher than that of the first time information, a video signal packet generation part which has a video signal and generates a video signal packet with the second time information added thereto, a time information packet generation part for generating a time information packet having the second time information, and a wireless communicating part for intermittently transmitting the first time information in a prescribed period and transmitting the video signal packet and the time information packet.
