<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance radiation heating effect more than the case where a heat radiation unit is arranged on a ceiling relatively distant from a user who is taking a bath. <P>SOLUTION: A warm air feeding unit 5 for feeding warm air into a bathroom 1 is arranged on a ceiling 3 of the bathroom 1, and a heat radiation unit 6 for radiating radiation heat into the bathroom 1 is arranged on a wall 4 of the bathroom 1. Preferably, the warm air feeding unit 5 and heat radiation unit 6 are restricted or prohibited from being driven simultaneously.
