<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified product(EVOH) pellet group causing neither gelation nor scorching when melt-molded into a molded product, therefore giving the good molded product. <P>SOLUTION: The EVOH pellet group is such that the content of fine powder passable through a 32-mesh(500μm mesh size) sieve is ≤0.1 wt.%, and the EVOH contains a boron compound, or preferably, contains (A) an acidic substance with a melting point of ≤200°C and (B) an alkali metal in the weight ratio(A/B) of 1-50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
