PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently develop a program and to reduce a development period by providing a dedicated protocol processor which processes H.225/H.245 protocols. SOLUTION: A protocol processing part 20a is demanded by an H.323 terminal 20b to process a protocol with a system of the existing H.323 terminal, etc. A protocol processing part 22a of the other party transmits alarm and connection messages in response to a setup request of the part 20a. The part 20a notifies the end of H.225 processing to the H.323 terminal and continuously performs an H.245 protocol. The part 20a performs H.245 transmission control protocol(TCP) connection by using an H.245 address and port information which are from the part 22a of the other party. A logical channel which transmits real time protocol(RTP)/real time control protocol(RTCP) information is opened by using decided CODEC information. |
