Treatment of tobacco is carried out with immunostimulating agent, which is a preparation obtained from biomass of micromycet Mortierella jenkinii according to special technology, taken in amount of 1 to 1.104. Tobacco is then aged, dried, and treated with hot carbon dioxide containing vapors of a monobasic saturated organic acid.
