<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold an operation shaft and prevent water reserved inside an EGR sensor from affecting a contact part such as an electrode or a terminal, without enlarging a size in a longitudinal direction of the operation shaft of a product and without reducing a movable range of the operation shaft. <P>SOLUTION: This EGR sensor comprises: a substrate 3 in which a sliding element 10 is slid and a plurality of outside lead-out terminals and electrodes are provided; a bearing part 7c in which the operation shaft 8 is inserted; and a casing having a storage part 1a for storing the substrate 3 and the sliding element 10. The bearing part 7c is positioned at a lower side when the casing is mounted. In a side surface of the bearing part 7c, a coupling passage 7d is provided which is arranged at a lower side of a mounting positions of the outside lead-out terminals or the electrodes of the substrate 3 stored in the storage part 1a and which is comprised of a groove or a hole connected to a through hole 7b from an inside of the storage part 1a, thereby discharging to an outside a water content reserved inside the storage part 1a via the coupling passage 7d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
