PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification image generating device for reducing constraint at the time of reading information.

SOLUTION: This identification image generating device 10 is provided with an identification accepting part 101 to accept ID being the identification information of a thing and an image generation parameter for generating an ID tag image to uniquely specify the identification information being a self-analog image, an iterative function system calculating part 102 to calculate an iterative function system to generate the ID tag image based on the accepted ID, an identification image generating part 103 to generate the ID tag image from an initial image based on the image generation parameter accepted by the identification accepting part 101 and the iterative function system calculated by the iterative function system calculating part 102 and an identification image outputting part 104 to output the generated ID tag image.
