<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and reliability, by avoiding breakage from static electricity, of a high frequency switching circuit used for a portable telephone, etc. that uses a plurality of frequency bands by switching. <P>SOLUTION: An inductor L1 is provided between an antenna terminal ANT and a ground, while a high pass filter HPF that allows only a communication-use frequency band to pass is provided between the antenna terminal ANT and a switch unit 1. If the static electricity is applied to the antenna terminal ANT when an antenna touches an object such as a human body charged with static electricity, the static electricity is discharged through the inductor L1, and a high frequency voltage generated by the discharge waveform is applied to the switch unit 1 while being suppressed by the high pass filter HPF. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
