A mounting structure of a frame and a body of a vehicle is provided to absorb vertical vibration efficiently, and to increase horizontal assembling rigidity of the body and the frame by mounting the compressive mounter and the front mounter. Mounters are installed to a vehicle to assemble a body with a frame, and a front mounter(1) is installed to increase horizontal rigidity by contacting a frame to a bush(7). The front mounter is composed of a hollow pipe(4) having an insertion hole(2) not to be contacted to a fixing bolt(60) and a flange(3) contacted to the body, the bush contacted to the outside of the hollow pipe and composed of a fitting part(5) combined with the frame and a contact part(6) contacted to the lower part of the flange of the hollow pipe, and the fixing bolt fixed to the lower plate with a nut by penetrating the hollow pipe. A blade part(8) is formed in the lower part of the bush to restrict horizontal vibration from being transmitted to the body through the fixing bolt by damping vibration.
