An exhaust gas recirculation system of a vehicle is provided to promote uniform distribution of exhaust gas by combustion chambers or tanks by increasing mixing efficiency between fresh air and exhaust gas and to prevent oil included in blow-by gas from flowing backward through an EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) pipe. An exhaust gas recirculation system of a vehicle comprises an EGR pipe(10) branching off from an exhaust system of an engine, and a suction system communicating with the EGR pipe to mix fresh air and exhaust gas and make the air and exhaust gas flow into a combustion chamber. The front end of an outlet side of the EGR pipe is extended to a flow center in a flow passage(16) of the suction system. A flange part(10a) for combination with the flow passage of the suction system, and an extension part(10b) protruded from the flange part and inserted in a state of being situated to the flow center in the flow passage, are integrally arranged to the front end of the outlet side of the EGR pipe.
