An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to have uniform radiation luminance by making uniform kickback voltage deviation. The organic electroluminescent display device includes an organic EL panel having a number of scan, data lines and a pixel circuit, and a scan driver(20) driving a selection signal by selecting the scan lines in sequence. The scan driver includes an impedance matching unit(30) matching impedance to one of an input port and an output port. The scan driver also includes a shift register(21) selecting the scan line, and a level shift(22) amplifying an amplitude of a signal transferred to the shift register. The impedance matching unit is formed at least one of the level shift and the output port of the shift register.
