<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image creation service system that enables a user to select a desired image creator in receiving the service of creating an image such as a portrait or the picture of a building or a tourist attraction. <P>SOLUTION: The image creation service system includes: a network 1; a user terminal 2 connected to the network 1 for ordering image creation; and an order placing/receiving server 2 connected to the network 1 and having information on the selection of a plurality of image creators.
