PURPOSE: Provided is a hot paste with a sea tangle powder which has characteristic color, taste and flavors, and contains rich inorganic nutrients and vitamins with anti-cancer and anti-oxidation effects. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the hot paste comprises the steps of: mixing 3-7 wt.% of a sea tangle powder with 8-10 wt.% of fermented rice-coated soybean powder, 10.5-14.5 wt.% of glutinous rice cake, 1.5-4 wt.% of fermented soybean powder, 27-33 wt.% of red pepper powder, 10-14 wt.% of salt, 6-9 wt.% of dextrose syrup and 10-14 wt.% of sugar water; and aging the mixture at 20-35deg.C for 4-6 months. |
