<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which an operator can vocally know the name or function of a key by depressing the key of an operating section and the vibration of the operating panel enables an operator to operate without trouble and settings conserved can be easily changed. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device has a touch panel type display in an operating section. When a key is depressed once, vocal data is outputted as a voice by a voice output means 9. When the same key is depressed twice, the original function of the key is performed.
