<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein vibration of a controlled unit cannot be suppressed caused by sharp changes in the motor output, resulting from control for making the motor follow a target value. <P>SOLUTION: A motor output value control device 13 calculates a current motor output value N-PWM by performing the PID control to a control value. Using the calculated current motor output value N-PWM and the previous motor output value O-PWM, a difference L of both values is calculated. The difference L is compared with the limiting value ±LO. If L>+LO, the current motor output value N-PWM is changed to N-PWM=(O-PWM)+LO. If L<-LO, the current motor output value N-PWM is changed to N-PWM=(O-PWM)-LO, and the device is constituted so that current motor output value for the the difference L can be suppressed to be within the limit value LO. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
